Data processing will be stored for a time not exceeding the pursuit of the purposes described in the information. The data being processed for the purposes indicated above will be kept for a period of no more than one year from the update of the consent.

The data subject will be stored for 20 years from the issue of the offer or the contract deadline, as well as the time necessary to assert legal rights. Providing the data PEC-certified e-mail, Recipient code, Bank account details, Name, Surname, E-mail address, Phone number, is optional.  Consequences for not providing data are: Not providing the data indicated will make it impossible for the Controller to continue with the existing relationship.
